I don't know if I've ever seen an alpina E21

I've been torn if I should throw a few alpina or hartge parts on my e23, the hartge cars had cooler valve covers, both are very hard to find

I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a Stanceworks image with a stanced car. Are they diversifying or something?

That's quite the dilemma. I'd say Alpina wheels would look classier on an E23, but the rest, it's really hard to decide.

I think they might be, although looking through their site where I found these there's plenty of cars mashed into the ground, but interspersed by kickass things like these and old Alfa GTV/GTAs.

Ah, so you're right. That's not a pretty car, but it's probably rather fast down long straights.

Was that a road car or a race one?

It was a lightweight, more streamlined version of a 318i. It competed in the 1981 Shell Kilometer Marathon, a fuel economy challenge, which the Alpina won its class with 105.72 MPG. More info here:

Ah there we go. MPG cars usually look a little funny, apart from the VW XL1. That's a kickass looking thing.
